Summary

Throughout my years in nursing my heart has always been in women's health. It is where I am completely fulfilled and where I feel I can give so much of myself to those I serve. I have gained so much knowledge from my employment opportunities that were not in the obstetric and gynecological areas but my life always seems to come back around to this field. I pride myself in bringing optimism, dedication, and going above and beyond to provide a positive experience and environment to those around me; patients, families, and the care teams. The opportunity to provide care at Children's Hospital to pediatrics and adolescents in this field would be an privilege. I also have experienced being a mother to a child in Children's and I understand the great importance of family centered care. Education, reassurance, feeling heard, understood, and respected are critical pieces in the success and treatment of the patient. I appreciate your time and consideration for this employment opportunity and hope to speak to more about this position.
