• Accepted increasing responsibility from full-time head lifeguard to Assistant Aquatics Manager in December of 2024.
• Provided excellent customer service, evidenced by member feedback, five-time Guard of the Month awards, and recognition as facility-wide Pillar Employee of the Month for Sherut (Customer Service) and Kehillah (Building Community).
• Has completed monthly instructional sessions for new and recertifying lifeguards, following standards set by the American Red Cross.
• Has increased the number of monthly swim lesson participants by widening outreach to new customer bases, focusing on improving the experience for both the kids and their guardians, as well as pushing marketing to increase our reach.
• Has run monthly in-services for both lifeguards and swim instructors, with primary focuses being engagement within the team and scenario based skill practices in order to foster teamwork and increase team members' confidence in their roles.
• Has been the primary CPO responsible for the pool water chemistry for 3 years, updating hazardous chemical safety procedures, and and producing documentation and procedures that have minimized downtime for our aquatics facilities. Reduced hot tub downtime from an average of an hour and a half each day to nearly constant operation.
• Revised department policies to ensure the health of employees, reduce the downtime of pools and spas and increase the cleanliness of the pool areas.
• Updated facility-wide Emergency Action Plan protocols and signage geared towards the safety and security of patrons and team members.
• Served as a part of the Pride Committee in June of 2025, and was its head in 2026.

Tried college before learning that I needed to learn in my own way for some time. Planning to return to school when I can to study Linguistics or Education.
