• Collaborate with principals and teachers vertically to develop and implement positive behavior support systems
• Support staff in professional development in best behavior management strategies

Trauma Team (2020-Present)

• Collaborate with teachers to review student behavior concerns and emotional needs to better student success in an action plan
• Plan and execute learning opportunities for staff

District Writing Cadre (2020-Present)

• Collaborative project to create writing curriculum for at home and in school learners through Covid.
• Created First Grade writing units for the year for BSSD
• Provide support and resources for teachers and students
• Plan scaffolding curriculum for grade levels

Diversity Team (2020-Present)

• Provide learning and resources for a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences,
• Solve problems and be innovative.
• Provide cultural awareness

Emergency Operating Team (2019-Present)

• Plan and execute safety measures building and district wide
• Assist in emergency plans
• CPR Certified

Family Event Team (2019-Present)

• Plan and execute diverse family events for our school community
• Involved in school PTA planning
• Plan and provide haircuts as a stylist for WYE students for back to school.
