Supported residents in participating in activities and provided meal assistance. Some needed the use of hoyer lifts or sit to stands. I've become very knowledgeable about those machines. Managed catheter and colostomy bag care, ensuring resident hygiene and dignity. I would also provide end of life care. The residents seem to really like me a lot my bedside manner is top notch.
