Contract Administrator
11 Months- As a Contract Administrator, utilized skills in logistics, contracting and negotiations. In turn gained from over five months of experience in logistics, helping Companion Data Services to ensure subcontractors and contractors are kept with the highest efficiency possible. Conduct weekly status meetings for NASA contracts and subcontractor contracts. Plans acquisitions for invoicing through IPP. Trained in developing solicitations, evaluates responses, and makes award recommendations to Executive Personnel. Monitors monthly invoices and review subcontractors to ensure accuracy. Provides advice and assistance to Companion Data Services relating to contracting work and prepares correspondences for review and award. Assist Companion Data Service customers in developing requirements and evaluate invoices for subcontractor responsibility, and past subcontractor performance documentation.
