Purpose
Ashleigh has excelled in these related competencies, most notably in her adaptability during a time of significant change impacting her role. She has navigated effectively a change in leadership, program curriculum, and various daily processes while maintaining positivity and staying focused on her student pipeline. She has not once allowed the changes to sacrifice quality in her work, and has regularly proactively identified potential challenges and solutions to her recruitment. This has included such activities as pushing for more information regarding a program curriculum change and proactively working with stakeholders to resolve applicant issues. She has stayed open to new challenges throughout this year.
Results
Ashleigh has surpassed expectations in this area. When I have reviewed each cohort and Ashleigh's work, I can confidently say she has done all she can to maximize the potential outcomes of the cohort. She has done so amidst a change in recruitment workload. In her functional work, Ashleigh is a model for how to conduct effective recruitment conversations. In call reflections, I frequently hear her exemplify the best practices in our department, even during difficult conversations handling applicant frustrations or gray areas. Ashleigh has maintained best practices in supporting BA webinars and the student ambassador program, consistently executing in the areas of the business under her purview.
People
Ashleigh's focus on the success of her applicants is consistent, and she very effectively represents the university brand. She is seen by the Simmons stakeholders as a trusted collaborator able to adjust communication strategies as needed. I have seen Ashleigh maintain neutrality amidst potential frustration, such as setbacks to effective Marketing of new program curriculum. She has focused on what she can influence positively, both in relating to students and to the partner. I have trust in Ashleigh to step in with the partner in my absence if ever needed. She excels in these competencies.
