- As a server I take the guest orders, get their drinks, their appetizer's if they so desire, and get their main dishes when they are ready to be served.
- I also refill their drinks and chips and salsa and make sure everything is just how they need it and when they are done I cash out their tickets.
- As a hostess I escort my guest to the correct table and make sure they don't need anything else before seating anyone else.

- Go in after a fire or a flood and pack up the contents of the building.
- Take the contents back to our shop and very carefully clean the contents with very special chemicals to get off soot, and any other residue there maybe.
- Go to houses, or Businesses' and clean them with special chemicals or Chemsponges that pull the soot, and stains, and even nicotine from the walls, also do H-vac to clean ducts, so you are not redistributing the dirty material back onto counters, clothes, and other materials.
- After all is clean we go back in and out the things we could salvage back to where we got them to begin with so that our customers can go back to living the way they did before a flood, fire, or tree coming through the house, or even a bio.
- I can drive the company Carpet Van, Dodge Truck, Kia Soul, out to the job sites.
- I can do the paper work, such as the daily crew sheets, box inventory, furniture inventory, box labels, furniture tags, take the pictures for the jobs and also make the unsalvageable logs.
- My favorite part of the job is knowing that we are helping the people we are working for get back on their feet and giving them back their livelihood because they have already gone through so much and knowing you couldn't be there to prevent it but you can be there to give it back to them better than you found it when you took it from them makes you feel good.

- We were there setting up kennels along side Smith County inmates when Hurricane Katrina came through, and the people from Louisiana had to evacuate, so I trudge in waste deep waiters for about a week cleaning and securing kennels, using a wet dryvac to suction the water that just kept rising into our buildings, wrapping tarps around what we could, stacking what we could, and trying our best to calm the poor animals.
