Ashley Christensen

· Manage the filing of Land Use/Planning and building permit applications with local jurisdictions throughout Colorado and Wyoming for telecommunications projects from new site builds to general site modifications.

· Perform site audits at existing telecommunication site around Colorado.

· Research zoning laws, fire code regulations and building codes prior to application submittals to avoid delays in the review process.

· Overall project management/review of construction drawings and engineered documents prior to permit submittals.

· Communicate and maintain well working relationship numerous Planning/Building jurisdictions around Colorado.

· Track projects weekly to monitor project status updates and proactively address any issues.

· Frequent communication with clients and their contractors to maintain accurate status updates on projects.

· Assist contractors with any permit or post permit questions.
