Served as a Quality medical provider who worked well with many different crew dynamics, with wide exposure to medical and traumatic 911 calls. Insisted on thorough patient assessment, care, documentation and crew delegation for maximum scene efficiency and best patient outcome. Worked in good standings through the transfer to Harris County ESD 3 control and worked to encourage a smooth transition to new leadership and administration.
