  • The Pathways School is a non-public special education school for students with emotional and behavioral disabilities ages 11-21. My role at this school is a community support specialist. I work one on one with a student in the community. My responsibilities include transporting the students to and from school, being their mentor, administering their course work, guidance with their classwork, being responsible for ensuring their attendance to their speech and therapy sessions and completing their Daily Monitoring Log, behavior trackers and grading their coursework and uploading it to GradeLink daily.

I wrote student's progress notes and was able to attend Individual Education Program meetings. I obtained 650 pro bono field practicum hours.
