I currently work at The Commercial Bank, where I handle a variety of daily responsibilities.

• Balancing teller drawers, processing cashier’s checks and money orders, and assisting customers both at the drive-thru and at the teller windows inside the branch.
• Completed multiple training sessions related to our vendor management systems, which support the tools and services we use to provide efficient, reliable banking experiences for our clients.
• My role goes beyond routine transactions. I strive to help customers discover easier, more effective ways to manage their finances, while showing them that we’re committed not only to handling their money, but also to supporting their long-term goals, improving their financial well-being, and empowering them to create positive opportunities for themselves and their families.

• I currently help manage and operate my family’s deer-breeding facility, including the coordination of managed hunts and guest experiences.
• We are partnered with Frontline Heroes Outdoors (FHO) to host Army veterans and their families, providing guided hunts, and creating a supportive, family-focused outdoor environment.

• I worked at Amber Thomason State Farm, where I managed a range of daily responsibilities, including organizing business bonds, maintaining certificates of insurance, and coordinating audit documentation. I enjoyed helping clients understand their coverage and supporting both their business goals and personal aspirations.
• I also served as the claims specialist, guiding clients through challenging situations such as vehicle accidents, wildlife collisions, and the loss of a loved one. My role extended beyond discussing insurance options—I aimed to show clients that we weren’t simply selling a product, but providing support, protection, and stability to help them build a better future for themselves and their families.

• I worked at a bridal boutique in Leon Springs, where I consulted with brides to help them select their dream wedding gown for their special day.
• Managing schedules for both consultants and our seamstress, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every client.
• Handled new client inquiries received through social media, phone calls, and email, and contributed to creating content for our social media platforms.
• Organized and maintained records for each bride who made a purchase, coordinated with designers, and provided guidance on custom design questions throughout the process.
• Maintained an organized inventory of bridal attire and merchandise.
