Provides administrative support, helps facilitate the student government office, and assists with open fund grant data entry.
Carried out small research projects, provided writing, communications, and administrative support. Included policy research, data collection and entry, website updating, phone calls, drafting mass emails, and designing and editing information and promotional materials. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Adobe Indesign, as well as managing organizational social media platforms (Twitter and Instagram).
Aided in writing speeches and worked closely alongside campaign managers. Attended various community events, made phone calls, canvassed, aided in fundraisers and advocated for participation in the general election. Made many close relationships with various community members in the West Side of St. Paul.
Position included living exclusively at camp for two months. Acted as the sole Drama activity director, which included designing creative lesson plans and a theater-based curriculum for the campers. Dually cared for a group of girs aged 12-14 as their cabin counselor.
