- I was responsible for auditing the documents and data scanned into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and assisted with the training of ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) office staff to adhere to all the policies, procedures and regulations associated with patient health information management.

- I received and reviewed Chartless Document errors and sent out further education regarding why it's important to attach documents to the correct Encounter.
