- Manage and support teams ranging from 10 to 40 direct employees and 5-7 contract employees. Round with staff to foster growth and uphold company mission and goals.
- Choose to continue functioning also as a Home Health case manager / RN, providing direct patient care as well as on call and triage duties.
- Prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and promote patient’s ability to reach their health goals.
