Enrollment into an accredited phlebotomist training program and follow classroom instruction and hands-on clinical practice. Individuals must fufill a specified number of clinical hours and perform blood draws under supervision. After completion of the course, one must take the NRAHP Phlebotomist Certification test and must continuously every two years renew their certification.
