My name is Ashley Paschal, and I am a current student at Texas A&M University of Kingsville. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as an accompanying minor in Psychology. After graduating with my Bachelor's, my desired result is to attend the Texas A&M University of Kingsville's Communication Sciences and Disorders master's program to pursue my career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In the future, I wish to pursue my Doctorate in Audiology to obtain my dream in a career as an Audiologist. I am writing to you today because part of the procedure for applying for the graduate program is to provide letters of recommendation. I would be eternally grateful if you could provide me with one of those letters. Throughout the semester, and previous ones where I have had you before, I have learned a vast amount of information about the field; your classes have provided me with excellent knowledge. The professors in the CSDO program have equipped me with large sums of positivity and given me great insight that this is the field I know I need to be in. That said, this is why you would be a substantial candidate to attest on my behalf for entering the graduate program. Your recommendation would mean the world to me so I can further my education in the field.

Furthering my education in the Master's program will allow me to acquire more expertise in the field. Heading into the program has been a goal of mine ever since I decided to move into this career. I want to use my knowledge to help those with speech and hearing disorders to give a voice to those who struggle. Applying to graduate school is my next academic career step; I plan to improve myself throughout the graduate experience. I am excited to further my knowledge in Speech-Language Pathology, and with your help, I can make headway to more advanced matters for my future.
