- At OneMain we are very customer focused
- My duties are similar to my role with Lendmark as far as lending, servicing and collecting
- When the branch manager is out, I assume all BM duties including approving and verifying loans, delinquency and policy compliance
- OneMain has system generated approvals to make the closing process faster and with the technology advancements I have been able to close more loans more quickly and efficiently by use of remote signing via DocuSign
- Delinquency has been the company's primary focus since I came back and we regularly hit and/or exceed those targets
- I only have one employee under me currently as branches have predominantly been reduced to three people
- I am responsible for skip tracing and DMV title work along with hitting and exceeding my regular monthly new money and delinquency targets.

- I learned how to underwrite and was given authority to underwrite not only my loans, but the loans of two other employees in the branch as well
- Lendmark Financial had branch targets, so it was always a team effort
- I was able to learn more management skills while I was there as well as familiarizing myself with different systems including Goldtrack, CALMS and GTO
- We had regular training to ensure we were compliant with all governing entities such as CFPB, TCPA, etc
- I did relief assignments for other branches in the district and whenever the branch manager was out, I assumed the interim responsibility
- I had other duties outside of lending, collecting and servicing which included filing repossessions, litigation and showing up to court dates for those cases and handling all branch title work and follow ups with the DMV.
