As an Environmental Technician I had to make sure nothing hazardous got out of the plant or designated areas. I had to process industrial waste water,keeping with in local and federal regulations by testing ph and keeping it to a specific range. I also had to keep up and maintain with plant sump pumps. I also had to be present at any hazardous chemical delivery such as gas and oil. I had to keep with daily checks of gas and oil levels and would notify buyer when to order. I would keep up with certain agendas,procedures and shift notes using Microsoft Word and google

As a system technician I was in control of Aluminum Machining coolant systems and washers. I had to test coolant systems and washers daily to make sure concentrations and ph was at correct levels and ph was correct. I also had to maintain washer pumps and conveyer systems as well with the coolant systems. I would keep up with inventory and order when needed

As manufacturing technician I had several different roles such as safety quality and keeping with production. As for safety I would make sure all interlocks and light curtains were working properly. Quality was hourly checks with hard and air gauges and enters into Infinity program. Production would consist of making sure the machine was operating correctly and efficiently,and also doing weekly and monthly pm’s

As an operator my task was to load and unload the machine and do visual quality checks
