  • I started out as a temp and progressed through Covid-19 into being hired on with Downlite. i worked with Downlite for approximately 5 months before other employees fell off. I was the only one who knew the Brighi lines and the process of start up with the machines and feeding the machines, i knew the packing material and the bags all the way down to the labels that were sewn into the pillows for Macy and Marshall and ect. i received my promotion on dedicated HARD work. I accepted and grew more with knowing types of different fibers the machines specifications need to run smoothly, all the ways down to how the packer was not stressed with my performance on high performance. I learned a difference in language difference and how to communicate to perform successful.

  • Where to start: I grew up in construction, it matters with me I have always been grown to do but also learn new things As a women i can build you a house but Sunday dinner will take time I notice things when being taught, how its built and how the person training me teaches (quality) so i learn from what they're praise is not what they allow I learn quickly and efficiently so i grow faster than expected i love to learn all areas and become a universal employee which i believe is in fact a skill of mine Again i notice thingsit might annoy but i notice if the same problem arises and needs to be addressed maybe a different specs or a faster speed and a quick in the materialquality must be noticed for a great product
