i process new applications for cash assistance as well as maintain cases primarily for households with children. i also process recertification applications. I also process SNAP cases and Health Care.

I provide customer service for clients by answering phone calls and reaching out to employers to assist in obtaining verifications needed to process applications and maintain public assistance cases. I also answer team emails and process documents as well as answer agency questions as needed.

I am the primary Minor Mom financial worker for my team. I process applications and documents to maintain Minor parent cases and attend monthly meetings with other agency employees.

I serve on the Safety and Security Committee for St. Louis County and attend monthly meetings to discuss incidents and reports across the Public Health and Human Services Department.

During my time as a daycare provider I also worked with the LSS Crisis Nursery to do emergency care for families in need. I worked after hours and on weekends to take in children often at a moments notice and would keep them as long as I was allowed per policy.
