i process new applications for cash assistance as well as maintain cases primarily for households with children. i also process recertification applications. I also process SNAP cases and Health Care.

I provide customer service for clients by answering phone calls and reaching out to employers to assist in obtaining verifications needed to process applications and maintain public assistance cases. I also answer team emails and process documents as well as answer agency questions as needed.

I follow all policies and procedures outlined by DHS and St Louis County. i attend training on a regular basis to stay up to date on current policies.

I work closely with Employment Services agencies to ensure that MFIP and DWP participants are in compliance with program policies. I conduct case reviews and administrative reviews for clients. I create a monthly report of cases that are approaching their 60th month of MFIP.
