
ANCC Board-Certified PMHNP with over 750 clinical hours providing holistic, patient-centered care across the lifespan in community clinics, adolescent therapeutic boarding schools, private practices, telehealth platforms, and ACT programs. Worked with a wide range of mental health conditions—including mood, anxiety, personality, psychotic, trauma-related, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, eating disorders, insomnia, substance use disorders, and suicidal ideation—while working with patients from diverse backgrounds. Previously worked eight years as a PACT RN and certified hospice/palliative care case manager in rural communities, private homes, and ALFs/SNFs, developing strong skills in collaboration, critical thinking, and care coordination across complex, resource-limited settings. Committed to treating the whole person with integrative, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care, combining therapy, medications, supplements, and lifestyle interventions—including sleep, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, social connection, and community engagement—while centering the family system, meeting clients where they are, and empowering them to achieve their goals and maintain long-term mental health and well-being.
