Bilingual Turkish-American with a diverse background spanning customer service, team leadership, marketing, and procurement. I began my career at Creafone as a Customer Service Agent and quickly advanced into managing my own team and overseeing daily operations. During this time, I also worked closely with Spechy, a CRM solutions company within our organization, helping to integrate and market their systems to international clients. Later, I pursued my passion for event planning through part-time work at Varoca Weddings, where I earned my wedding planning certification—a side business I continue to manage today. Currently, I work as a Procurement Specialist at 2Lyons Aerospace, where I started as a Government Bidder and transitioned into procurement, handling sourcing, vendor relations, and contract compliance. I thrive to learn and grow as an individual everyday.
