- Utilizes and incorporates evidenced based practices and standardized screening tools into treatment to engage clients in services and facilitate progress in treatment. (CSRRS, PHQ 9, etc)
- Maintains client electronic health record with required documentation per company and regulatory requirements. Ensures documentation of group note, individual note, case management notes, are timely and updated in DAP format.
- Meets ongoing caseload requirements by ensuring strong patient engagement that supports daily billable service requirements.
