  • Inspect a variety of different types of Pallets to ensure compliance with ISPM regulations.
  • Confirm Pallet Specific Guidelines are correct, such as heat treat requirements, type of wood, measurements, moisture levels, appearance, etc.
  • Loading/ Unloading Kilns, staging orders on the Loading Floor, loading trailers and completing paperwork for Outgoing Orders.
  • Unload incoming lumber for production.
  • Manually repair Pallets with hand and power tools when needed.
  • Comply with all PPE and safety requirements. When applicable assess, report, correct and recommended improvements to any safety hazards.
