Product & Implementation Management

• Manage end-to-end deployment of AI mentor platforms for 40+ universities and enterprise clients; coordinate requirements gathering, technical scoping, and launch timelines
• Work directly with OpenAI and Anthropic models to configure conversational AI systems, tune prompts, and implement content moderation for academic environments
• Lead discovery calls with university administrators and corporate L&D teams to understand institutional needs and translate them into product configurations and deployment plans
• Support platform scaling from early pilots to production rollouts by developing onboarding materials, training documentation, and feature adoption campaigns

AI Safety & Compliance

• Configure content filtering and safety guardrails to meet FERPA requirements and institutional policies across university deployments
• Coordinate with institutional compliance teams on data privacy reviews, accessibility audits (WCAG), and vendor security assessments
• Document and standardize implementation best practices for AI safety protocols now used across client base

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Bridge communication between engineering, sales, and customer success teams via Slack, Jira, etc. and weekly planning meetings to align on priorities and resolve blockers
• Present deployment progress, adoption metrics, and user feedback to leadership and clients during quarterly business reviews
• Run product demos and training sessions for non-technical stakeholders (faculty, IT staff, administrators); built internal help documentation that reduced recurring support questions
