• Director of projects for the rehabilitation of water stations in the provinces of Diyala, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk, Mosul, where several stations were rehabilitated, the number of beneficiaries of the projects reached nearly 5 million people distributed over the provinces after they were destroyed by gangs of terrorist ISIS.My work was as head of the externally financed loan teams (World Bank / German Bank) entrusted with following up projects and promoting the dues of the implementing and consulting bodies supervising the projects and according to the requirements of work according to the terms of reference for each loan.

-Presiding over several openings & evaluation committees to select contractors, consultants, suppliers ..etc according to WB as well as international procurement standard procedures.

- Providing specialized courses for the employees of the Ministry of Construction and Housing to prepare standard bidding documents for contracting and analyzing standard bids for works tenders and consulting services.

- Providing courses for the employees of the Ministry of Construction and Housing in the management of contracts according to the global PMI system and based on the documents of FIDIC International.

PROCUREMENT activities related World Bank Emergency Loan for the Reconstruction of Liberated Areas.& German loan KFW Liberated areas.work included:-

Preparing standard documents, managing contracts and supplying chain according to the terms of the agreement with the WB/ KFW.

- Preparing the standard documents for the selection of the consultant supervisor of the rehabilitation project of the sewage station in Salah al-Din Governorate.

-Preparing standard documents (announcements/tenders/contracts) for road projects, bridges, water, and sewage stations and supplying specialized mechanisms to areas liberated from terrorist operations such as:

o (Rapid traffic bridges in Anbar province / Mosul II bridges, Mosul IV and V bridges, 23 water stations in Qayyarah district in Mosul province, supply of 156 specialized mechanisms, and other contractual documents according to the executive requirements of loans.

- Preparing standard documents for basic environmental standards in donor-funded contract documents such as ESMP/ESAI documents, organizing and monitoring the implementation of the environmental management plan and measures to mitigate the negative effects of the nature of projects financed by WB.

- Preparing work progress schedules and following up on projects , study& analyze time extension orders, change orders, insurance policies, and others.

- follow-up engineer within the project management team for projects funded by the World Bank , adapting FIDIC policies, according to the terms of reference of the loan agreement, projects were characterized by the privacy of being rehabilitated due to the sabotage of the terrorist ISIS , Which required our continuous presence in the work sites in the governorates of (Diyala and Salah al-Din) and the projects are reconstruction: - (Shishin Bridge, Dhuluiya Bridge, Samarra Diversion Bridge, Shanshal Al-Sarha Bridge, Tikrit Al-Alam Bridge and others in Salah Al-Din Governorate)

o Awsaj Bridge, Al-Sadour Bridge, Harouniya Bridge, Imam Weis Bridge and others in Diyala Governorate / Bridges (Al-Bufarraj, Al-Anaz, Al-Qasim, Dejlah Arm, Omar bin Abdul Aziz) in Anbar Governorate.

• Evaluated and reviewed procurement documents and participated in facility inspections.

(( Preparation of standard documents and terms of reference for the selection of executive consultants for the transport corridors project (7th / 8th sections) express traffic funded by the World Bank.

-Preparation of pre-qualification documents for the works document (selection of contractors) and standard tender documents, which took place in two stages for highways, 7th and 8th sections.))
