Information Technology

• Train and develop students' skills in ITE, CCNA 1 & 2, Alcatel, MCP, 740, 741, 742, Exchange, Linux, and Sec +.
• Attended professional development technology courses to increase knowledge base and learn new information.

Personnel Management

• Served as Leading Petty Officer (LPO), guiding and directing all staff and students keeping good order and discipline within the workplace.
• Qualified and stood Duty Chief Petty Officer (DCPO) for Naval Submarine School, managing the on-duty staff as well as the entire student body on base for 24 hour periods, serving and reporting directly to the Command Master Chief.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Response

• Served as the administrative Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Victim Advocate (SAPR VA), coaching, mentoring, and providing support & resources to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
• Delivered formal training in the work place, group and individual settings on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault to include available resources for victims and reporting options (restricted vs. unrestricted).
• Assess the safety of the victim and there family and risk of future domestic violence and work with victims in safety planning to minimize future abuse.
• Accompany and support survivors through medical and legal proceedings and to refer out military and civilian resources and services.

Information Technology

• Performed day-to-day secret and unclassified LAN administration, maintenance, and support.
• Maintained network hardware and software and monitored network to support network availability to end users.

• Backed up afloat data to shore centers to avoid massive data loss.
