Communication is a key part of this industry. I am on the phone all day working with carriers and customers to ensure that shipments and products get to where they are going on time and undamaged. Being in the industry for nearly ten years I understand how to communicate any issues or delays to the respective party in a timely manner in order to maintain good business relationships and ensure minimal disruption to supply chain operations. 

LEADERSHIP

Leadership is a big part of what I do. I am known for coming into the office on time EVERYDAY with a good attitude and a smile on my face. I set the bar on what we need to get done that day and do not leave until every load is covered for the day and all early morning pick ups the next day. I help my co workers from other teams when I have completed everything of mine even if it means staying late or booking loads for them. I show up to the office early everyday, stay late most days and even willing to work on the weekends. In doing this I have encouraged others to do as well and made the office a better place with an enjoyable work environment. This industry is not always a pleasant and friendly one but with constant encouragement, teamwork and a good attitude we prevail!
