Leadership is a big part of what I do. I am known for coming into the office on time EVERYDAY with a good attitude and a smile on my face. I set the bar on what we need to get done that day and do not leave until every load is covered for the day and all early morning pick ups the next day. I help my co workers from other teams when I have completed everything of mine even if it means staying late or booking loads for them. I show up to the office early everyday, stay late most days and even willing to work on the weekends. In doing this I have encouraged others to do as well and made the office a better place with an enjoyable work environment. This industry is not always a pleasant and friendly one but with constant encouragement, teamwork and a good attitude we prevail!
