• Self-initiated project that handled 1.7k DDC install alerts/day to less than 10 alerts/day after working with DDC PRE and SMEs.

• Handling of alerts within the SLA, troubleshooting the edge server issues to the resolution.
• Escalating the server issues to SME and higher-level team right on time.

The goal was to analyze quantization effects of polyphase filter bank used in Modern Radio telescope. To systematically analyze and verify the effects of quantization, we have developed a signal processing tool based on LabVIEW and Octave.
