- Within the position, I develop the process of the different returns of products from customers to the Walmart company. This process involves following up on the opening of packages, verifying the products, scanning them, and redirecting them to the location indicated by the system.
- In the same way, they are labeled with the correct information of the system and its rearrangement in pallets, to seal with plastic, and be sent.
- These activities have been carried out in different departments such as 06/87 Cameras/Phones, 72 Electronics, Recall Type 2 All Departments, among other departments.
- Having a total knowledge of most departments, following the correct processes based on the criteria of the Vendors of the product.
