  • Treatment of complex trauma, burns, wound care, tendon injury, nerve injury and orthotic fabrication and training.
  • Experience in pre-prostatic training for upper limb amputations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd party payers for billing of services.
  • Coordinate with certified hand surgeons to develop protocols for multi system trauma and elective services.
  • Experience includes inpatient, outpatient hands, amputations and neurological conditions.
  • Responsible for evaluation and intervention with various diagnoses, as well as, implementing treatment plan, goal writing and completing daily documentation.
  • Responsible for organization and placement of students in level 1 and 2 phases of their college programs.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ordering supplies for the the hand clinic.
  • Recommend equipment to use in-home to maximize opportunities for wellness.
  • Develop positive, fun and caring environment for healing.
