Working with ADNOC GP at Al Ruwais NGL plant {Treatment Capacity = 23,600 ton/day +3*G.E-5001 G.E Turbines} as workshop engineer, process maintenance engineer & currently as senior maintenance rotating equipments engineer, responsible of followings:

• All maintenance types (P.M., C.B., & Breakdown) for rotating & static equipments in trains (1&2), utilities, storage, S.R.U., jetty, B.O.G. plant, and power generation gas turbines (authorized permit engineer- hot/cold, confined space work permits...etc).
• Responsible of maintenance of all ADNOC GAS NGL Ruwais plant rotating equipments (Centrifugal compressors, GT, GG, Blowers, Fans, Pumps, Fin Fan Coolers,...etc) including planned, & unplanned shut downs, budgets preparation/execution, materials ordering, and contractor controls
• Supervising of G.E.5001 Gas Turbine major overhauling together with MJB (Almasood John Brown) Engineers (Dec-2006).
• Supervising of maintenance & overhauling of LPG loading pumps (CARTAR, EBARA, and NIKKISO).
• Supervising of plant static equipment’s internal inspections (vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, valves etc), inside the NGL & SGP plants.
• Supervision of all plant static equipments hydrostatic/hydraulic testing.
• Supervising of replacement of catalysts/resins for SRU plant, process treaters (Deo, Propane, Butane), & N2 plant equipments.
• Supervision of cooling water basin annual shells & marines cleaning by using diving activities.
• Training, development, & coaching of UAE developer technicians & engineers, preparing their look head plans for each year quarters.
• Supervision of pentane plus (C5+), floating roof tanks refurbishment by contractor.
• Supervision of Al Taweela Gas Compressors Plant (SEIMENCE) construction, commissioning, & startup from Oct.2017 to April. 2019.

Worked with ADWEA– at Altaweelah power & desalination plant {6*147 MW ABB Steam Turbine units + 6*12.5 MGD Distillers + 2 *100 MWG.T.G.E +3*7.0 MG Hitachi Distillers}, as head of pumps unit (authorized maintenance person), responsible of the followings:

• Maintenance and repair of centrifugal, Rotary & reciprocating pumps of different pressures and capacities up to 24000 cu meter/hr., e.g. :-( CWS, BR. Pumps, BBD, Pumps, BHC Pumps, & BFW Pumps).
• Maintenance of all Hydraulic couplings (constant & variable Speed models).
• Preparation & execution of the preventive maintenance of the pumps.
• Preparation of the spare demands for the stock purpose of the high pressure and large capacity pumps for overhauling programs.
• Flowing the daily defects of pumps & reporting the inspection results with the suggested modifications required by contractor
• Maintenance and repairs of the auxiliary plants {Co2, Demineralization plant, Crude oil, water treatment, Hypo chlorination plant}.
• Management of the maintenance staff.
• Handing over of all power plant pumps & hydraulic coupling spare parts.
