Biography
My vision is to help others recognize the vital role massage/bodywork plays in self-care and the need of loving touch therapy for health maintenance and wellbeing. My background as a dancer/ yoga practitioner has helped inform the pace and flow of the compressions strokes and stretches I apply. My experience working in the restaurant industry has given me customer care skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Providing massage/bodywork independently/ volunteering gave me the opportunity to serve a wide range of clients in different settings.
