- In the last two years, I have traveled with Iris Global to serve the poor and sick in Africa and the Middle East. I have had the incredible honor of caring for impoverished people, street children, and refugees fleeing conflict, in Mozambique, South Africa, Senegal, Jordan, Egypt and Iraq .
