I have been a director of education and a stay at home- homeschool mom for the last 16 years currently raising 5 kids ranging from ages 4 to 17. Prior to making the decision to be home with my kids, I worked as a bank teller for Wells Fargo Bank from 1998-2001 to pay my way through college. I also worked in hospitality in show rooms for a tile company, Office Depots Billing department shortly after college, Macy’s Department Story, and helped an outlet clothing store get off the ground. Those were all temporary and seasonal jobs when school was not in session. After college I worked as an elementary school teacher Where I worked for over 5 years from 2001- 2005 in two Christian Schools in California. In 2006 I became the head administrator and receptionist in their main lobby for the college I graduated from. This job involved welcoming hundreds of people in the main lobby on a regular basis. After meeting and marrying my Husband, Heath Coffman, who is from Prosser, I took a job in the Prosser school district as an emergency sub from 2006-2007. When my first son was born in the summer of 2007. I made the decision not to continue to pursue a career. In recent years, our family also made the decision to become licensed Foster Parents and have been licensed now for the last 6 years.
What qualifies me for this job is that I love to be around people and have an engaging personality. I am organized and professional. I do not have the certifications, but would be willing to get those in the time necessary. I am reliable, trustworthy, a hard worker, and am looking for a part time opportunity to get back into the working world again and to help with the current needs of my family with increased prices.
Thank you for considering me as a possible candidate for this position.
Respectfully submitted,
