I have worked as a Student Volunteer at Slo Classical Academy High School, where I have gained much experience in community service and a unique kind of creativity that I believe could be put to good use in a work environment. I can speak some Spanish and am continuing to try and learn outside of school so I can keep my speaking skills up. I'd consider myself an exceptional team collaborator who strives for a positive and productive environment. Friendly student available flexibly in the summer. During the school year, I should be available for weekend, evening and holiday shifts. I consider myself hardworking, punctual and driven.

Attention to Detail
I always try to take time to myself outside of school to foster my love for drawing and water color. This is one of the ways in which I'm driven. Even though I am not currently taking any art related classes, I nonetheless have continued to teach myself principles and aspects of drawing and painting in my free time. Some may hold the idea that someone who considers themselves an artist would rely solely on spontaneity and originality which are two things that are very important to me. However, I believe that one does not simply call themselves an artist from taking a one time art class, or even drawing regularly, but with an unwillingness to learn anything outside of what we come up with on our own. My idea of myself as an artist is more like a flickering light, one that really shines when I am learning something new, whether it be something I figured out unaided or something I had to teach myself with an art book or tutorial. Anyway, just some personal philosophy to show my passion for the creative process, but also, my willingness to follow directions and learn new things.
