Audrey Gebben

Currently an undergraduate student at Butler University in Indianapolis. History and Political Science major and enrolled in the Honors Program. Professional life began by babysitting neighbors and family, and first job was as a nanny. As a result of a past in childcare persistently well-developed habit of greeting every new problem with empathy and offering help as a first resort. In the future, professional aspirations are to find a way to educate people about the wonderful complexities of human nature and the precise systems in place that keep our liberties safe. Recently had the opportunity to write a genealogical report, and discovered how much satisfaction I get from connecting dots and finding the person who is buried underneath centuries of neglect. Motivated by so much curiosity about what the world looks like from other points of view, would love to immerse myself in a movement where I can actively make positive change, as well as learn from the foremost advocates of my generation about their motivation.
