- Extensive training with power tools such as chainsaw, pole saw and weed eater. Chainsaw experience that involves limbing, pruning and tree felling operations. Well trained with various hand tools consisting of mcleod, pulaski, rogues etc.
- S-130 Firefighter trained and certified under Cal Fire.
- Experience with Yosemite NPS and Yosemite fire, handling prescribed burns as well as burn piles with the use of drip torches.
- Experience with US Forest service in sequoia national park, surveying burn scars for regeneration and regrowth in efforts for restoring burned over areas.
- Wilderness First Aid certified under Wilderness Medical Associates, a 6 day intensive course that prepared me with knowledge of basic life support CPR which includes adult, child and infant cpr as well as the use of medical oxygen and AED. The ability to administer epinephrine to treat anaphylaxis and severe asthma.
- Various experience on different work projects such as landscaping, hazard tree removal, invasive species removal, trail building and restoration, working with and operating chipper in projects with San Joaquin River Conservancy.
