- Communicated effectively with faculty and staff and accepted critiques and suggestions for areas of improvement (The majority of my tasks were in regards to creating google slide presentations and collaborating with my colleagues to produce the material we use for our program sessions twice a week . Through this collaboration, I learned how to better operate as a cog in a well-oiled machine and effectively communicate with my colleagues.
- Sorted, organized, and maintained files (One of my other jobs was to maintain the files the program has of every member. This entailed becoming proficient in google sheets along with the separate program where the information was stored, along with finding methods to streamline the process of keeping up with the files of hundreds of people.)
- Prepared project presentations and reports to assist senior staff (Again, I created google slide presentations for each session along with doing some of the research/gathering information for these sessions as well. I deferred when necessary to senior staff when it came to research and oral presentations.)
- Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information (A lot of members had questions about payments and crediting, so I had to respond to a lot of these people's concern's, which helped me gain experience in customer service and patience.)
