Slicer: Expected to weigh and cut brisket, ribs, turkey, and pulled pork to be used for orders. Often a fast paced position that requires one to juggle orders with menial closing tasks.

Busser: Expected to buss tables, clean dishes, and assist the rest of the store in gathering needed materials.

Expected to watch over pools and rides, preforming saves when necessary and under the constant chance of an audit occurring. Lifeguards would also preform ride operations, helped in cleaning when closed, and would often help other branches when labor was high.
