• Shortly after one year of employment with Foxhall Resort I was entrusted the responsibilities of 2 additional departments. I managed Engineering, Recreation and Security simultaneously and produced positive results in each discipline consistently.
• Tested and implemented a maintenance management system at Foxhall that allowed the department to capture and complete over 1000 work orders in a 7-month period after roll-out.
• Developed a highly detailed routine preventative maintenance program for all property assets allowing the department to reduce unplanned critical maintenance costs by 80% in the year 2023 versus the previous year.
• Achieved an annual savings of approximately 4000 hours of time spent on daily task through strategic improvements to the recreation department, directly resulting in an increase in guest driven revenue as staff were able to redirect labor hours towards quality control.
