My responsibility is to run different stations to assist in the manufacturing process along with working with the Non-conforming material team to make sure our product is up to spec and ready for ita next stage in production by communicating with my fellow associates, quality team and our process techs.

I was responsible for the inspection of our finished product for quality problems the material might have acquired during the manufacturing process such as improper weight, improper height/width, improper charge of the batteries and checking for dents, scratches, non-intact seals and leaking electrolyte. Any product that had issues or was out of spec would be held for further investigation as to what caused the issues and marked down in our paperwork to note how much of the product had quality issues and what lot of material it was associated with.
