Fast paced work environment required barback to be everywhere. Primary focus was keeping bar pre bussed and keeping glassware clean. Greeting guests with menus and water, pouring beers and providing support for bartenders. Rotating kegs, and restocking bottled/canned beers. Pre bussing, bussing and cleaning floor tables.

Stocking and maintaining liquor store floor, coolers and behind the counter. Providing friendly customer service, end of night closing procedures, counting drawer down and making deposit.

Stocking bar and providing support for bartenders at 3 bars. Maintaining clean glassware. Pre bussing and bussing bar top. Rotating kegs, and replenishing simple syrups.
