Austin Cardwell

Olathe

Summary

I am aspiring to be a future physical therapist who is driven by showing compassion and care to anyone that I come across, while also having a strong foundation of the science behind rehabilitation through a rigorous curriculum and extensive research time. I have started some research in undergrad that I hope to give me structure to more throughout physical therapy school, along with hundreds of shadowing hours with many more planned in a clinic and home health setting. I very much care about connection and emotional well-being of people and that is something that I want to bring with me throughout school and my career as well. I am someone who will devote whatever it takes to succeed in school and in this field and ultimately want to do that so I can make an impact on patients lives.
