Technical Specifications Review:
Review and interpret proposed technical specifications submitted by Oglethorpe Power.
Identify and escalate technical questions, discrepancies, or clarifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

• Construction Quality Oversight:
  Supervise and manage all quality control inspections related to soil compaction, concrete placement, and welding operations.
  Ensure compliance with applicable codes (e.g., ACI, AWS, ASTM) and project specifications through continuous monitoring and testing.
• Environmental Compliance Management:
  Assumed responsibility for environmental inspections, ensuring all activities align with environmental regulations and permit conditions.
  Maintain thorough documentation and coordinate with regulatory agencies when necessary.
• Quality Assurance Reporting:
  Generate detailed QA/QC reports and maintain inspection logs, test results, and non-conformance records.
  Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues promptly.
