I load packages by hand and scan them to ensure they are going to the proper location.

As a dock worker I am required to organize products by products final destination, and then follow paperwork to prepare and load on either dry van trailers or flatbed trailer for the proper forklift.

As a machine operator three I am able to read job orders, inform winder operator and material handlers of materials needed as well as adjusts. I also must know and understand robotic packaging system to ensure the proper measurements are input correctly. Also we must be capable of problem solve when the machine has issues and try to resolve as a group, unless it requires permits then we must contact maintenance. Occasionally when SAC is off I assist in helping running and and making decisions for the day and in critical situations.
