As armed security not only is it my job to observe and maintain the security and safety of the staff and customers. But it also my duty to provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and respectful attitude to both our clients and their customers and find quick solutions to quick problems.

Starting my own business gave me my first real look into sales. I learned how to find customers that were interested in my market, take hard criticism, and I also learned how to approach potential customers and turn a friendly conversation into a sale for my services that the customer at first thought they did not need. My services included:

I was an infantryman with the army infantry national guard for a few years of my life. Although I was never deployed I did earn a new sense of discipline and respect. The army taught me to never take any task given to me too lightly and taught me how to be more of a leader in my day to day life while taking on more responsibilities.
