Prepare and certify what is known as an “abstract of title” on the ownership of a certain parcel of real estate that consists of a summary of the original grant and all other conveyances affecting that piece of property whether in OH, PA, or WV. I have worked with running right-of-ways, lease takeoff, HBP/lease check, due diligence, working interest, heirships, curative and certified title. Also, deed plotting and overlaying maps as well to conclude whether a parcel becomes another parcel due to acreage changes, etc.

• Continuously updated personal knowledge of local laws and regulations to maintain accuracy in title searches and reporting.
• Reduced turnaround time for title reports by enhancing research techniques and prioritizing critical tasks.
• Analyzed chain of title documents, identifying gaps in ownership history that could impact future sales or developments.

• Wash and sanitize the fleet of buses along with fueling and parking them. Also did all the paperwork involved to keep track of gas being used and mileage being put on the buses. Drive the company truck to clean and sanitize the bus stop shelters as well.

• To load and unload air and gas pipeline ranging from 3 inch up to 40 inch pipeline. Then to prepare the pipe to be sandblasted and then prepped again to be painted and loaded back unto an eighteen wheeler by use of a diesel fork truck and also by operating two cranes.
