Crew Foreman
• Lead Installation Foreman with extensive hands-on and supervisory experience managing multiple crews and overseeing day-to-day field operations. Responsible for training and mentoring new employees, ensuring all work met company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications. Led crews in the installation of a wide range of metal roofing systems, including Tuff Rib, standing seam (snap lock and mechanical seam), and metal shingles such as the Worthouse brand.
• Served as lead foreman on exterior projects beyond roofing, including Hardie and vinyl siding installations, TPO roofing systems, storm damage framing repairs, fascia and soffit replacement, as well as deck repair and new deck construction. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by identifying and addressing structural or material issues as they arose on the job, such as missing H-clips, improperly installed or damaged decking, and other unforeseen conditions.
• Acted as the primary point of contact for customers on-site, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project. Addressed customer questions and concerns promptly, provided updates on progress, and ensured overall customer satisfaction from project start to completion.
• Played an active role on the sales and project coordination side, including preparing material takeoffs, creating job-specific material lists, ordering materials, and scheduling deliveries to keep projects on track and within timeline. Assisted with customer quotes, explained scope of work, and collaborated with customers to resolve issues as they were discovered during the installation process.
• Known for strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate labor, materials, and customer expectations to successfully complete projects efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
