Working with 42 Varsity teams daily through communication and hard work. Completing daily tasks that include laundry responsibilities, merch inventory control, hot pressing uniforms and other clothing articles, tracking orders, budget overview, and delivering players and coaches with superb customer hospitality with whatever needs arise.

• In charge of managing 200+ campers on a daily basis, as well as leading a team of 20+ staff members
• Duties included parent calls/concerns, camper safety around the pool, swim lessons, swim tests, and pool cleanliness.

• Used grit and determination to assist in game day operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and facility management.

• Supported coaching staff with athlete development, coaching, and recruitment.

• Patiently and carefully managed the process of taking game day photos and videos, as well as practice and lift pictures and videos.

• Committed to keeping all campers secure by safely administering all swim tests, swim lessons, and open swims for all 250-700 campers.

• Led a team of 4-10 that prepped, cooked, and served food to parties that varied in size from 25-1,000+.

• Brought peace of mind to spectators through working security and as an Usher.

• Was responsible for safety at the event, making sure everyone knew where the emergency plans were located as well as medical supplies and emergency equipment.
